Since 1956

About Caston Inc. Confidence built into every project.

Generation after generation, we have quietly built one of Southern California's most respected specialty construction companies by staying true to one simple belief.

Do exceptional work. Treat people well. Keep your word.

Our Story

Customers don't simply hire contractors. They hire people they can trust.

Every construction project carries pressure. Budgets. Schedules. Deadlines. Expectations. And behind every project is someone whose reputation depends on getting it right.

For over 70 years, Caston has earned that trust by showing up, solving problems, and standing behind every project long after others would walk away. We have never believed construction is only about what gets built. It is about the confidence created along the way.

The confidence that the phone will be answered. That challenges will be solved. That commitments will be honored. That the work will be done right.

The projects have become larger. The capabilities have expanded. The craftsmanship has evolved. The way we treat people never has. That is why customers continue coming back.

Brand Pillars

Six pillars hold up Caston. The first explains why the other five are true.

01

Our People

Built by people you can count on.

Caston's reputation isn't built by a logo, a bid, or a brochure. It's built by the crews in the field, the project managers who pick up the phone, and leaders who have actually stood on the job site. When something matters, you don't get a call center. You get someone who cares as much as you do.

02

Trusted

Reputation earned. Never borrowed.

For over 70 years, Caston has earned trust one relationship at a time. Customers don't stay because of marketing. They stay because Caston consistently delivers.

03

Capable

The work others hesitate to take on.

When projects become technically demanding, when details become highly specialized, when others hesitate, Caston leans in. Not because they're fearless. Because they've learned how.

04

Accountable

The person you call owns the outcome.

Problems don't wait for committee meetings. At Caston, decisions happen close to the work. Customers don't navigate layers of bureaucracy. They reach people who know the project.

05

Committed

Partners until the job is done.

Caston doesn't disappear when challenges arise. They move toward them. Every project is approached with one philosophy: us and the customer versus the problem.

06

Built on Partnership

Everyone working toward the same goal.

When something unexpected happens, the question isn't whose fault this is. The question is how we solve it together. That's why customers keep calling.

How We Show Up

We take pride in our team's craftsmanship.

Our team has spent years mastering their craft and we are proud of that. But the real hero of this story is our customer. We care about the relationship built on trust, expertise and collaboration.

Evidence over adjectives. Stories over slogans. Proof over promises.

We don't make ourselves the hero. Our customers are. We don't talk about being the biggest. We demonstrate capability. We don't compete on price. We compete on confidence.
